Who we are

Relentless Vikas ("we", "us") is an AI visibility and SEO agency in India. This policy covers relentlessvikas.com and the forms and free tools on it. For any privacy question, email team@relentlessvikas.com.

There is no login, no account and no payment on this site. We only collect personal data when you choose to send it to us through a form or the free audit tool.

Contact and call request forms

When you use the contact form or the request-a-call form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), website and message.

Your details go to our server at api.relentlessvikas.com and are then delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. We use them only to reply to you about your enquiry.

Free AI SEO audit

When you use the audit tool at /tools/ai-seo-audit, we collect the website address you enter and your work email address. Here is what happens next:

• We email you a 6-digit code to confirm the email address is yours.
• We crawl up to 20 publicly available pages of the website you entered.
• We fetch data about that website from Google PageSpeed Insights and SEMrush.
• We run AI analysis on the public page content using Claude, a model made by Anthropic.
• We email the finished report to you. The report email includes a link to book a call with us on Cal.com.

The audit looks only at public pages of the website. Your email address is not part of what we send to PageSpeed Insights, SEMrush or Anthropic.

We keep a record of each email address and the website it audited, so that each address gets one free audit. Our team also receives a copy of every report, so we can follow up on it.

The audit page says your email is used to deliver the report and is never shared with third parties. What that means in practice: we use your email to verify it, send the report and follow up on it. We never sell it, and we never give it to anyone for their own marketing. The only outside companies that handle it are the service providers we need to run the audit, such as our email provider, and they handle it on our behalf.

Technical data

Like any website, our hosting and server receive basic technical information when you visit or submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site, keep it working and protect it from abuse.

Features such as smooth scrolling run in your browser and do not send us personal data.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and our services:

• Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront) hosts and delivers the website.
• Sanity manages our site content. No visitor personal data is stored there.
• Resend delivers emails from our forms and tools.
• Google PageSpeed Insights and SEMrush provide data about websites submitted to the audit.
• Anthropic provides the AI model that analyses public page content for the audit.
• Cal.com hosts our booking page. If you book a call there, Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to what you give it.

Some of these providers may process data outside India.

Google Maps

The contact page may show a Google Map. It does not load until you click it. Once you do, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how people use the site and to measure how our ads perform. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can opt out by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings, or by changing your Google ad settings.

Client data

If you are a client and give us access to your own data, such as Google Search Console, that data is covered by your client agreement with us, not by this policy.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond to you and for our business records, and then delete them. Audit requests, including the website address, email address and report, are handled the same way.

Your rights

We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
• Erase your data.
• Stop using your data, by withdrawing your consent.

Email team@relentlessvikas.com to make any of these requests or to raise a complaint. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the data you send us, but no online system is completely secure.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
