The agents behind the work
Each agent has one job. Together they cover the audit, the fixes, the content and the weekly tracking, and every output passes through a person before it reaches you.
Auditor
Crawls your site and checks whether AI crawlers such as GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot can reach it, and how your robots.txt treats Google-Extended. It proposes fixes to schema, titles, meta descriptions, alt text, redirects, internal links, robots.txt and sitemaps.
Copy optimizer
Rewrites opening paragraphs so they answer the question first, the way AI engines like to quote. It adds FAQ schema where a page answers common questions.
Writer
Prepares content briefs and full drafts: what-is guides, how-tos, comparisons, case studies and data pieces, each aimed at questions your buyers ask.
Outreach
Drafts community replies for Reddit and Quora, and PR pitches. A person reviews every draft before anything is posted or sent.
Publisher
Pushes approved fixes to your CMS or Shopify store, or opens a pull request on your code so your developers can review it.
Monitor
Tracks your Search Console movement each week and scores your AI visibility across a fixed set of prompts, so changes are measured the same way every time.
What a person does
A person reads what the agents produce, throws out what is wrong, decides what goes on your fix list and in what order, and signs off each change before it comes to you for approval. They also write your weekly report and are the one you talk to.
Questions
Common questions
How do approvals work?
Every fix, page and post comes to you before it ships. You say yes, ask for changes or say no, and nothing reaches your site or goes out in your name without that yes.
What access do you need?
Access to Google Search Console, and to your CMS or Shopify store so approved fixes can be published. If your site is custom-built, we can open pull requests on your code instead.
How do you report progress?
A weekly report in plain words: how your Search Console figures moved, which prompts cite you, and what shipped that week. No jargon-heavy dashboards to decode.
