Content created for you as part of a paid engagement becomes your property upon full payment, as specified in your agreement.
Where a written performance commitment has been provided as part of your engagement, Relentless Vikas will continue delivering services at no additional cost until agreed targets are met. This guarantee applies only to the specific metrics and timeframes stated in your individual agreement and does not constitute a guarantee of revenue or profit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Vikas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is". While we use reasonable skill and care, we do not warrant that results will meet any specific requirements beyond those stated in your agreement. SEO and AEO results are influenced by factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
